Job Description
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our international business operations and client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Draft contracts and official documents in both Thai and English, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Prepare slides and presentation materials for client meetings, incorporating multilingual content as needed.
- Provide translation and interpretation support for client communications, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by conducting market research and identifying opportunities in Southeast Asian markets.
- Support the leadership team in preparation for and during client meetings, including agenda development and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain organized documentation systems and project records for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following criteria:
- Native fluency in Thai and high business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- You have outstanding academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework. MBA from a top-tier academic institution and experience in the international arena would be an advantage.
- You encompass diversified experience in emerging markets which includes Southeast Asia. Possess extremely outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
