As Senior Manager, Global Commercial Planning, you'll connect strategy with execution across markets, bringing together senior leaders from around the world to deliver one integrated commercial plan. From leading flagship planning events to driving business critical planning processes and influencing commercial decisions, you'll play a pivotal role in how LEGO brings its portfolio to life globally.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Core Responsibilities
Co-Lead the Global Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process, ensuring alignment across global functions, regions and market groups while driving execution of the annual planning cycle.
Own the commercial planning agenda for the annual Portfolio Go-To-Market Conference, coordinating senior stakeholders and enabling effective executive decision making.
Partner with regional commercial planning teams and Market Groups to strengthen commercial plans, challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Drive continuous improvement of commercial planning processes, governance, tools and ways of working through cross functional initiatives and project leadership.
Translate commercial data and planning insights into strategic recommendations, developing executive level materials that support prioritisation, investment decisions and future growth opportunities.
Do you have what it takes
Proven experience in commercial planning, business planning, commercial strategy, or commercial development within a complex global organisation.
Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to build alignment across senior leaders, regions and functions.
Strong project and programme management experience, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity and balance long-term thinking with pragmatic execution.
Excellent analytical skills, able to transform data into clear commercial insights, recommendations and compelling executive presentations.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive decisions that deliver business growth.
