Your tasksPackage and deploy software using tools such as MSI, PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, barramundi, and Ivanti DSM/Enteo
Plan, coordinate, package, and execute software rollouts across enterprise platforms, including Windows clients, Windows Server environments, and Citrix multi-user environments
Manage the application lifecycle, including software maintenance, updates, and patch management
Advise and support internal IT teams on software packaging, deployment strategies, rollout processes, and best practices
Drive the continuous improvement of deployment tools, service models, operational processes, and software distribution practices
Collaborate within a German-Portuguese cross-functional team, including application owners, platform teams, operating system specialists, and network teams, to design deployment solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
Your profileMust-Haves:
- Proven experience managing large-scale Windows client environments (1,000+ endpoints)
- Strong expertise in software packaging and deployment, including MSI, PowerShell, and related technologies
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex enterprise environments
- Good understanding of endpoint management and the interdependencies within large IT landscapes
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user needs and service quality
- Excellent communication skills (English C1) and the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Ivanti DSM/Enteo, baramundi, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and patch management
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
- Experience collaborating in international environments and willingness to occasionally travel to Karlsruhe or Stuttgart in Germany
