As an International Area Sales Manager Professional Filters EMEA (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our Professional Filters partner business across the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive international sales and marketing activities, develop existing partners and customers, and identify new growth opportunities in international markets.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively shape the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the Professional Filters business. This is a diverse role offering a high level of ownership, international exposure, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of an important business area.

Specifically, This Means

Develop International Partner and Customer Relationships:
You will manage international distribution partners, build relationship to their local and international key accounts, and customers, build long-term business relationships, and identify new growth opportunities within your markets.
Drive Sales Targets and Business Performance:
You will be responsible for revenue, margin, and budget targets, analyze business performance, and initiate appropriate actions to achieve defined objectives per market.
Expand into New Markets and Grow the Business:
You will identify and acquire new distributors and markets across the EMEA region, develop existing partners, and support their sustainable growth.
Advance Strategy and Business Development:
You will further develop the sales strategy for the Professional Filters business, lead strategic projects, and actively shape the future direction of the business.
Implement Sales and Marketing Activities:
Working closely with Marketing and other internal stakeholders, you will develop and manage initiatives that drive market development and revenue growth while ensuring successful execution.
Manage Pricing, Market, and Competitive Intelligence:
You will oversee pricing and commercial conditions, monitor market and competitive developments, and derive recommendations to optimize business performance.

To Fully Unlock Your Potential with Us, We'd Love for You to Bring

A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a commercial qualification with a technical background or vice versa
Several years of international B2B sales experience with revenue and profit responsibility
Experience in managing and developing customers, distributors, or country organizations within international markets
Knowledge of the hospitality industry, coffee industry, water treatment, or related sectors is an advantage
Experience in contract management as well as pricing and commercial negotiations
A strong understanding of sales management, business development, and market expansion
Business fluent English, both written and spoken
A willingness to travel extensively in an international environment
