If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place. Your ImpactThis full-time role entails a broad range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on co-leading deployment of Wave at clients. You will collaborate closely with McKinsey's client success, product, configuration expert, and leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions and managing ongoing client activities.
You will contribute to optimizing deployment processes, the Wave product itself, training/communications, and adapt to changing needs throughout the client lifecycle. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on best practices for setting up and utilizing Wave effectively. This includes liaising with client Finance, IT contacts, facilitating client data management - among other things. You will also help ensure that everything we deliver to clients is timely and of high quality. Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a portfolio of clients and internal teams will also be crucial to your role.
Additionally, we will expect you to participate in internal improvement initiatives to enable client impact, proactively engage with clients on strategic topics, and bring new Wave offerings to clients. As part of these Initiatives/activities, you will work with cross-functional McKinsey teams. Furthermore, you will deliver thought leadership by staying up to speed of the product's latest features, key use cases Wave enables, the McKinsey Transformation approach and how it relates back to Wave.
You will be based in our Brussels office as part of our Wave team. Wave is part of McKinsey Transformation, a growth platform that provides organizations with the ability to unlock potential through holistic, enduring, large-scale transformations.
Wave equips clients to successfully manage improvement programs and transformations. Focused on business impact, Wave allows clients to track the impact of individual initiatives and understand how they affect longer term goals.
Its mix of an intuitive interface and McKinsey business expertise gives clients a simple and insightful picture of what can otherwise be a complex process by allowing them to track the progress and performance of initiatives against business goals, budget, and time frames.

As a Senior Software Delivery Analyst, you will partner with leadership teams to deploy Wave, advise clients on best practices, and help them achieve holistic impact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with a wide array of clients across industries and will have access to McKinsey's world class training programs and experts to develop deep Transformation expertise and best-in-class business acumen. You will work with a variety of colleagues (development, service delivery, management, client development) across Europe, India, US and beyond. You will be serving clients in EMEA region.

Your qualifications and skills- Bachelor's degree; MBA/graduate degree is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in the field of IT, consulting and/or business intelligence
- Project management experience with large cloud implementation programs such as SaaS
- Experience working with client service, project management and change management
- Very strong problem-solving skills
- Independent self-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to carry out multiple tasks or projects in parallel
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity
- Strong oral and written communication skills to present complex value propositions to senior client executives, participate in challenging problem-solving sessions, and train clients
- Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French both written and verbal
- Ability to travel occasionally
