As part of our Agency Services team, you will be involved in:
- Handling mergers, acquisitions, issuances, and other securities conversions as a Euroclear Netherlands Agent. You ensure the payment of coupons, dividends, and callable bonds to the custodians of Euroclear Netherlands and members of Euronext.
- Reviewing, accepting, or rejecting fund orders on platforms such as Euronext Fund Services Amsterdam, Vestima, and Fundsettle as a Fund Agent. You also process orders in non-listed funds.
- The administrative processing of complex and customized products (Structured Products) for specific clients, focusing on context and risks within internal processes. You are responsible for the timely confirmation and settlement of transactions.
- Working with various systems such as (E)Bankview, Euronext TCS, EuroclearConnect, Vestima, Fundsettle, EVO, etc., paying attention to the internal and external position and their context within the different applications.
Requirements- A completed bachelor's degree in a financial direction is a plus, but we are certainly open to candidates without a bachelor's degree.
- Relevant work experience in the financial and/or administrative domain.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. - Team player
