The Role:As the PR & Collaborations Manager for EMEA, you will spearhead the seasonal strategy for PR and collaborations across the region. You will work closely with the Talent Relations and Brand Experience managers, ensuring the execution of strategies within the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and distributor markets. You will manage a PR Coordinator who will support the strategy execution. This role requires building strong relationships with the global marketing team and aligning EMEA PR strategies with regional business objectives.
Your Impact:- Develop and manage the implementation of the EMEA PR strategy in line with global and regional objectives
- Identify and drive regionally specific PR stories, in line with regional and global Brand directives
- Manage PR agencies in UK, Germany, France, and Italy to deliver successful PR plans
- Work collaboratively with global and regional collaborations teams to ensure collaborations drive brand heat within EMEA
- Deliver seasonal influencer plans to support business goals
- Manage PR Coordinator
- Build strong and collaborative relationships across global, regional, and local marketing teams as well as cross-functional business leads
- Accountable for regional PR Collaborations budgets
- Responsible for delivering monthly & seasonal PR reports

We would Love to Hear from People with:- Strong media relations experience and established media contacts in fashion, footwear, business media preferred
- Proven success in developing and guiding regional PR strategies
- Flexible management and communication style to work across a global matrix organization
- Ability to effectively and quickly prepare and present information to respond to management or shifts in external environment
- Knowledgeable in current trends and able to scan external environment quickly and often
- Experience developing and implementing strategy at the regional level, and adhering to ROI metrics to monitor success
- Agency selection and management experience
- Footwear industry experience preferred
