Core Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of complex challenges (separately, and in collaboration with the Lead Engineer), ensuring high impact and value. Prioritize and balance short-term and long-term investments in collaboration with the team
Demonstrate deep proficiency in C# and DevOps practices, supporting continuous integration and deployment processes. Drive improvements in system stability and performance
Foster a highly collaborative environment, engaging respectfully with team members. Provide support to unblock issues and raise when necessary
Propose and lead explorations of new technologies and tools to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Implement pragmatic choices for long-term success
Monitor and proactively improve team-owned products, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
Actively seek and provide transparent feedback across teams. Translate technical constraints for non-technical roles and facilitate effective communication
Mentor team members in an open, respectful, and positive manner. Encourage experimentation and prototyping within a safe and inclusive engineering culture

The Marketing Planning team is responsible for creating, maintaining and enhancing internal tools that enable Marketeers to plan and handle their marketing campaigns. Billions of DKK go through our systems! We play a key role in enabling the Marketing department to realise their visions and get new products in the arms of LEGO® fans.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience in C# development, with a solid ability to design and implement complex systems
Familiarity with various programming languages and tools beyond C#, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. An interest in Front End development (React/Typescript) would be useful
Demonstrable experience in DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, monitoring, and operational debugging
Knowledge of security standard processes in engineering work, including code reviews and vulnerability assessments
Demonstrable ability to work respectfully and effectively within teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
Strong analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
Willingness to embrace new technologies and challenges, demonstrating curiosity and drive for continuous learning
Strong dedication to delivering quality work, with a proactive approach to managing and prioritizing tasks
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
