15% Stakeholder and Internal Department Management and Collaboration
- Act as Key stakeholder contact for Global Construction and Projects
- Active Participation in Global LEGO Retail cross function/synergy meetings
- Educate new and existing LEGO Retail & BU, LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR team members in our global processes and enhancements
- Drives After Action Review annually yearly, analyzing and capturing of historical data and trends to promote competitive advantage in future years
- Oversees the coordination and process of Global incoming and outgoing information
- Actively supports global teams in project planning and achieving milestones; providing support and global leadership as necessary.
- Actively drive and manage regular LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR collaboration meetings and follow up
- Works closely with Finance departments on budget and approval tracking
10% Vendor Management
- Oversees the coordination of the LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR fixture forecasting
75% Programme and Account Management of the LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR Roadmap and Project Plan
- Support the future collaboration of projects and roll-out with the LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR across all Regions
- Support the continued LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR Project upgrades
- Provides timely updates as to programme status to key stakeholders, including Leadership team
- Drives alignment with the LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR Stakeholders and LEGO Retail Team
- Creation and maintaining of internal SharePoint sites; ensuring best practice and simplicity.
- Reviews and drives approval for Business Cases and Briefing documents for new LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR projects
- Assist in overall combined strategies of LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR and LEGO Retail
- Derives, implements and manages new project processes as required
- Drives alignment with the Global Construction and PM team to support and control effective store openings
- Drives alignment with the Global LCS Team and Global Implementation team to insure smooth project control and effective store openings
- Responsible for maintaining and updating contribution of information to internal LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR SharePoint site; ensuring best practice and simplicity.
- Responsible for LCS, Merlin, F1 & TR forecast tracking, ensuring all demands and ad-hoc project requirements are met
- Drives alignment with the Global Implementation team to insure smooth project control and effective store openings
- Responsible for continually evaluating the external relationship and processes as set currently; empowered to challenge details, in an effort to streamline, improve and gain insight.
10% AOB
- Evaluation, feedback, and accountability tracking using measurable values and behavior
- 1:1 meetings with internal and external stakeholders to share/provide feedback, constructive criticism and value adding benefit
- Meetings with Director to track own performance and teams performance
Participation on global team meetings and agendas
- 3-5 years of work experience in the delivery of retail construction, project management, or business development industry
- Proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time.
- Experience of working with Franchise Partners and their vendors
- 2-3 years Global experience or work for an international company
- Highly effective negotiation skills
- Track record of working with top level Stakeholders, including level of presentation skills and professional behavior
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills.
- Flexible and can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Excellent PC experience requiring Microsoft Office Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project; experience working with PDF and CAD files.
- Ability to understand drawings/blueprints, as-built drawings and shop drawings.
- Must be able to learn, understand and grasp concept design and execution of concept.
- Ability to set high goals/standards and achieve them.
- Work with external vendors.
- Global experience or work for an international company preferred.
