Core Responsibilities
In this role you are bringing interactive products to market by creating playful and viable connected experiences, crafting and designing products that delight and inspire our audiences globally. You will:
- Contribute to the development of audio branding and strategy across both physical and digital platforms
- Build outstanding, original audio assets from scratch
- Adhere to and assist in iteration of design documents, briefs and existing brand directives
- Innovate new design strategies within challenging limitations
- Execute and finalize quality assurance to the highest standard across various formats

We are reimagining the boundaries of Interaction Design and how sounds can be an active part to transform the play experience.
You will join the Interaction Design Team in Billund, Denmark, who are driving and supporting interactive play innovation for novelty product experiences. As a Senior Sound Designer you will demonstrate groundbreaking design expertise, technological innovation and approach problem-solving in a caring, fun, and creative way through strong cooperation and communication with Interaction Design and key partners across the organization.
Do you have what it takes?
To thrive in this position, you might have:
- A handful years of work experience demonstrating expertise in crafting, conceptualizing, prototyping, and implementing Sound Design to both digital and physical play experience.
- A theoretical background in Sound Design or other relevant fields.
- Skills in all or some of the following areas: Soundscapes, SFX, Foley, and immersive audio / Synthesis methods, theory, & audio physics / Music composition & Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) / Procedural audio & prototyping (Max/MSP, Unity) / Gaming/interactive audio (WWISE, FMOD) / Audio Engineering (Recording, Mixing, Mastering).
- Attention to details, strong systematic thinking, and a passion in crafting playful, emotional moments.
- Interest and experience in psychoacoustic research.
- Experience in UI/UX audio development for applications.
- Experience with audio for embedded media.
- Proficient level in English (spoken & written).
