The
Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in shaping and executing The North Face's influencer strategy across EMEA.
This role is responsible for managing and growing our network of talents, content creators, and cultural ambassadors, ensuring compelling, authentic storytelling that drives brand relevance and business impact.
You will work collaboratively across Brand, Creative, and eComm teams to create and deliver influencer campaigns that connect The North Face with new and existing audiences. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven - someone who can identify talent, build long-term relationships, execute holistic campaigns, and measure performance with precision.
What You Will DoInfluencer Strategy & Campaign Execution- Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and seasonal priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new creators who align with brand values across performance, outdoor, lifestyle, and cultural segments.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships from briefing, contract negotiation, and product seeding through to content delivery and reporting.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
Community & Relationship Management- Manage The North Face's existing influencer and ambassador networks, nurturing long-term relationships built on authenticity and shared values.
- Drive the evolution of the Explorer Team to broaden continuous reach and engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, emerging platforms, and creator trends to continuously refresh our community mix.
Project Management- End‑to‑end project management for campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, briefing, tracking progress, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand expectations.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment for influencer projects, ensuring milestones and campaign objectives are met through effective planning and communication.
- Oversee the workflow of influencer content production.
Skills for Success- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social-driven campaigns, ideally within fashion, sports, or lifestyle.
- Passion for influencer culture and content creation, with strong aesthetic sensibility and brand awareness.
- Analytical skills: experience in influencer management and analytics platforms as well as an analytical mindset to interpret performance data and assess campaign impact.
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
