As an Associate Fund Management, you work at the heart of our investment funds, connecting with investment teams, operations, legal, compliance, and external providers.
You contribute directly to launching new funds, developing existing ones, and ensuring high‑quality reporting and documentation.

That is what you will use your talents for as an Associate Fund Management at Van Lanschot Kempen. Together with your colleagues, you will lead the introduction of new funds, further develop existing strategies, coordinate annual reporting cycles, organise board and shareholder meetings, and ensure all fund documentation meets current requirements and is available externally.
You also have the following tasks:
- Managing the full lifecycle of investment funds
- Coordinating and preparing (semi‑)annual reports and regulatory reporting
- Supporting the introduction of new mutual funds and activation of share classes
- Organising, preparing, and attending board and shareholder meetings
- Preparing and maintaining prospectus, PRIIPS KIDs, and distributing key fund data
RequirementsProactive, accurate, and responsible - that is how we can best describe you in the role of Associate Fund Management. You combine structure with curiosity, approach problems from different angles, and ask questions that move things forward.
You enjoy a dynamic environment, can keep overview under pressure, and collaborate easily across teams and disciplines.
You also have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Legal or a related field
- Affinity with investing and knowledge of investment funds
- 0-5 years of experience, ideally at a fund provider, regulator, or accounting firm
- A strong eye for detail, good organisational skills, independence, and stress resistance
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)
