Discover the future of asset management through our Digital & Technology Traineeship, the perfect opportunity for tech-savvy starters seeking diverse roles and experience within the financial world.
Over fifteen months, you'll develop a holistic view of banking and asset management, honing both your soft and hard skills. You'll collaborate with other trainees and receive guidance from managers and mentors as you rotate between different departments.
The program combines training with hands-on learning, offering a tailored development path. Participate in project rotations within various digital technology departments, giving you the opportunity to discover the many facets of the bank while simultaneously exploring your own strengths and ambitions for personal growth. Contribute to our business objectives and bring a fresh perspective to multidisciplinary teams where ownership and a proactive approach are encouraged. Upon completion, you'll have built a strong foundation for your future career within one of our teams.
Please note: this traineeship isn't a bootcamp focused on programming, data science, or cybersecurity, for example, but it does offer you a unique opportunity to grow and excel in the digital domain.
The start date for this traineeship is planned for September 1, 2026.
