About the job
In this part-time, temporary position as an All-round Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily creation, maintenance, and updating of all other brand data. You collect, process, and validate information from suppliers and the SR. Buyer using internal systems and online portals. With your eye for detail, you ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date. You actively monitor data quality, collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements in data management processes.
What you'll be doing
- Managing product data from multiple suppliers and ensuring accurate creation and updates of SKUs in SAP.
- Monitoring and correcting incomplete or incorrect product information to maintain consistency and compliance with internal standards.
- Creating and maintaining purchase orders for other brands in SAP.
- Tracking release dates closely and ensuring timely registration in the master calendar.
- Verifying received goods, correcting discrepancies, and accurately registering inbound receipts in SAP.
- Managing intercompany orders across different stock locations.
- Processing goods returns (RTV orders) in SAP and coordinating with account managers and stores to ensure efficient return shipments.
About you
- HBO-level thinking with at least three years of experience in operations, logistics, or product data management
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in SAP and other internal systems and portals
- Understanding of product master data standards, data governance, inventory management, warehouse operations, and intercompany transactions/returns
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- Affinity with streetwear and sneakers, strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, a flexible mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure
