Job Description
Are you passionate about turning in-store experiences into powerful membership moments? We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Membership Communications to lead how the LEGO® Insiders programme comes to life across our global retail stores.
This global role will shape how we recruit, inspire and retain LEGO Insiders members in-store across AMS and EMEA. You’ll define and deliver the strategy for all in-store communications – from sign-up messaging to promoting rewards, benefits and campaigns – ensuring the membership programme is visible, engaging and seamlessly integrated into the wider store experience.
Working cross-functionally with teams across Membership & Personalisation, Retail Marketing, Retail Design and Retail Operations, you’ll elevate how we communicate with shoppers in store and help grow the LEGO Insiders community.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.
The closing date for all applications will be Friday 27th March 2026.

Deep understanding of shopper journeys and missions across both physical and digital retail environments, with hands-on experience working with in-store customer touchpoints.
