- Lead a product team with technical ownership of a diverse portfolio of digital platform products. Drive the delivery of efficient, reliable, and business-critical solutions through collaboration and effective coaching and mentoring.
- Define and evolve the system architecture, working closely with Principal Engineers and collaborators to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Work closely with business partners to develop a clear technical vision and long-term roadmap supporting the future of Model Production.
- Guide the team through a significant modernization journey, evolving existing systems while introducing new technologies and scalable platform capabilities.
- Foster an outstanding engineering culture built on strong craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Explore emerging technologies and methods — including AI-assisted development — finding opportunities to improve our platforms and ways of working.
