You ensure accurate fee processing and reporting within an international banking environment, contributing to reliable financial services for thousands of clients worldwide.
You & your role
Manage fee-related activities end to end, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance within the bank’s operational framework. As a Fee Management Specialist, you work closely with internal stakeholders to safeguard correct fee accruals, settlements, and reporting, while continuously improving processes through practical, hands-on involvement.

Reconciling received fees with agent notices and clearing discrepancies in line with internal controls.
Identifying overdue fees and proactively following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Challenging existing operational processes and proposing concrete improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Responsible for managing and reconciling fee accruals across multiple transactions with daily processing volumes exceeding 100 entries.

Execute and monitor fee calculations, invoicing, settlement, and reporting activities with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Identify, analyse, and mitigate operational risks by applying internal control frameworks and reconciliation procedures.
Contribute practical expertise to projects by improving fee-related processes, systems usage, and service quality.
Ensure correct fee processing, risk awareness, and continuous improvement through hands-on operational work and collaboration across teams.

You & your talent
Bachelor-level work and thinking level, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in fee management, banking operations, or financial services.
At least 2 years of experience with banking systems such as Flexcube and fee accrual software.
Analytical mindset.
