We’re an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes an impact. And to drive that mission forward, our Sales team plays a key role in getting our products, and our message, out into the world in the right way.
Now we’re looking for a Sales Intern Out of Home (OOH) to join our NL Sales team in Amsterdam!
This is the perfect internship if you’re excited to learn the basics of sales, storytelling, data, customer communication and execution, and want to see firsthand how a missiondriven brand shows up in the OOH landscape across the country.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- Sales storytelling & presentation design. Learn how to create clear, compelling sales presentations and promotional materials that communicate Tony’s mission and product value to customers.
- Data analysis & commercial insights. Support the team by analyzing commercial data, updating overviews, spotting patterns and helping turn findings into actionable insights.
- Customer communication & product information management. Learn how to prepare and update product information, communicate changes to customers, and ensure accuracy across channels and tools.
- Stakeholder management & crossfunctional collaboration. Discover how different departments like Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance work together, and support them with small tasks tied to OOH customers and launches.
- Product launches & project coordination. Get handson experience with new product launches: gathering internal info, preparing materials, sending samples, and supporting execution.
- Sales support & field execution. Spend approx. 2 days per week visiting OOH locations, spotting opportunities, building relationships, checking execution, and reporting insights back to the team.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Visit OOH locations across the Netherlands, build relationships with staff, gather insights, check product visibility and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze commercial data and help the sales team present simple, actionable insights.
- Support new product launches with sample coordination, information gathering and customer preparations.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations by collecting visuals, updating content and organising information.
- Upload and maintain accurate product information in tools like GS1 and Brandbank; flag missing details.
- Help organize product samples, trade shows and tastings — from logistics to handson activation.
- Support the team with light administrative tasks such as filling in article forms or updating product overviews.
This internship is super handson, you’ll get a real feel for how sales works both behind the scenes and out in the field.

Job requirements:
- This internship is open to students from a wide range of disciplines. Business, marketing, data, communication, all backgrounds are welcome.
- You speak Dutch fluently, as the role requires regular communication with Dutch OOH locations and customers.
- You’re curious, proactive and comfortable talking to people in stores.

Here are the hard facts:
- Starting on September 1st, you'll be part of our Tony's team for 6 months.
- We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in our Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week. More is fine!
- You’ll be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a school/university for the full duration of the internship.

- You'll have 14 vacation days over the six-month period, and we'll provide you with a monthly €550 internship allowance for a full-time (40 h) internship.
- Our office in Amsterdam Houthavens is a pretty sweet workplace - you'll enjoy a fresh and tasty lunch, and plenty of snacks. We know how to work hard, but we also know how to have fun. And of course, you get to take home as much chocolate as you can carry.
