The Web & Digital Marketing Specialist manages website content, supports SEO optimisation, and translates digital performance data into clear reports to support a strong user experience and cross‑team marketing campaigns.
You will be working with cross‑functional teams, bringing energy, ideas, and a collaborative mindset to get great work done together. In a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, embracing variety, moving fast, and staying ready to contribute where needed.
This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing located in Basel, Switzerland. We offer flexibility with a hybrid working model.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own website content updates and organization in the content management system (CMS).
Turn performance data into clear dashboards and actionable reports.
Strengthen search engine optimization (SEO) and monitor ongoing website health.
Support cross‑team campaign coordination from planning through launch.
Explore trends and audience behavior to sharpen our digital presence.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Website content management using a CMS (structure, publish, maintain).
Strong analytics/reporting skills; turn website and campaign data into clear performance reports.
User experience (UX) knowledge to improve usability and digital user journeys.
High attention to detail and quality assurance (QA) to ensure accurate, functional, on-brand digital content.
Experience with analytics/marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Pardot, LinkedIn, Buffer, Hootsuite).
Bachelor’s in digital media/marketing (or related) plus 2+ years’ experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation systems (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Experience in running paid social or digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
