The Quality Technician is responsible for managing the QHSE management process for non-medical products in accordance with the ICRC's QHSE policy. They support buyers around the world in the evaluation of testing laboratories and suppliers, as well as in the validation of item specifications for purchase contracts. They oversee the collection, maintenance, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of all Quality Management data, ensuring data integrity, KPI accuracy, and timely insights to support quality performance and decision-making.
Therole involves people management responsibilities, overseeing the Performance Management & Development (PMD) Cycle and providing continuous coaching, feedback and training support for the team members.
