About the Internships
Our internships typically run from August to January and from February to July. We offer positions both for school credit and for gaining work experience. Please note that we do not accept internships shorter than 5 months, so keep this in mind when applying.
When submitting your application, make sure to clearly state which internship you're applying for. Applications without this information will, unfortunately, not be considered.
Visual media intern
As a Creative Production Intern, you will work closely with members of the Production Team to support the full lifecycle of product development. You will assist in creating detailed tech packs, updating production worksheets, and ensuring that design concepts are accurately translated into production-ready materials. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with the workflow required to move a product from initial design to final production, learning how to anticipate challenges and help ensure a smooth, high-quality outcome.
Your tasks include:
- Creating detailed and accurate tech packs
- Assisting in defining quality requirements and ensuring products meet these standards
- Collecting, organizing, and preparing artwork for production
- Measuring PCs according to specifications and documenting results
- Ensuring artworks, trims, and other components meet production requirements
- Updating production worksheets, tracking progress, and maintaining organized documentation
- Assisting with sample reviews, quality checks, and fit assessments
- Helping troubleshoot production issues and offering solutions with the team
- Conducting research on materials, trims, and production techniques when needed
Finance Intern
As a finance intern, you will be part of Patta's finance team. You will participate in various daily tasks and projects in which different aspects will be discussed.
Your tasks include:
- Administration for the Patta stores
- Working in SAP
- Analysis and reporting
- Projects budget administration
*Having Excel knowledge is a must.
Human Resources Intern
As our HR Intern, you won't just be grabbing coffee. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting the full employee lifecycle. This internship is designed to give you a 360-degree view of HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement.
Please note: This is a regular internship position focused on gaining practical experience. This is not a graduation (afstudeer) project/thesis placement.
Your task will include:
- Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping us find the best talent.
- Ensuring new hires feel welcome and have everything they need for a "flying start."
- Maintaining employee records and helping with contract management.
- Brainstorming and executing ideas to make our company the best place to work.
- Developing and implementing initiatives that promote a healthy lifestyle (e.g., organising sports activities or mental health awareness sessions).
- Organising team events and internal communications.
Who are you:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in HRM, Psychology or a related field.
- You are fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) and have a professional command of English
- You are proactive, organised, and most importantly, discreet with sensitive information.
- You have an affinity for streetwear
