As an IT Product Owner of the - Investment Management Technology & Analysis (IMTA) Support team - at Van Lanschot Kempen, you are responsible for developing, formulating, and managing the product backlog within a multidisciplinary Scrum team. You play a crucial role in defining the IT infrastructure needed to support the application landscape, with specific attention to the availability and security of the applications within Azure.
Within the team(s), you collaborate with other highly qualified professionals and strive to deliver daily business value. The team(s) consists of 5 to 6 ambitious individuals with a strong focus on system and environment security. You are driven to contribute to the future of our innovative asset manager.
- Developing a product vision and goals for your domain, considering the business needs and external developments. You communicate this vision to your team and ensure that the product vision and goals align with the business needs.
- Acting as a linking pin between the business and team(s) for your domain. You gather business requirements and uncover problems to express the requirements in terms of a product backlog and business objectives.
- Maintaining close contact with the business and managing stakeholders. You represent them in the assigned team and report back on agreed approaches to ensure that the backlog aligns with stakeholders' expectations.
- Prioritizing items in the Product Backlog to achieve the best possible results.
- Expanding business and IT knowledge and applying it within the assigned team, applying expertise and simplifying decision-making within your team to contribute to innovation and process improvement
