Our Reception is the first point of contact for clients, local colleagues, and international colleagues. It is important that everyone is greeted warmly, helpfully, and professionally, always ensuring excellent service. In Reception, you will oversee:
- Handling mail, telephone inquiries, and booking requests in the online system.
- Assisting with minor IT tasks, basic cleaning and refilling, printing jobs, arranging courier services or shipping, and other ad hoc tasks.
When supporting the Facility team, the focus is on ensuring a tidy and efficient workplace for our colleagues and visitors. Tasks will be practical and may vary daily based on current requests. In Facility, you will assist with tasks such as:
- Proactively ensuring the office is tidy.
- Refilling various office supplies, assisting with regular IT tasks (with support from colleagues), and other ad hoc tasks.
- Assisting with office events and taking responsibility for individual areas of responsibility.
Our students work an average of 8 hours per week. However, additional hours may be available from time to time, as students are expected to provide coverage during vacations or leaves. The work schedule is coordinated together with the other students and approved by the team leader. Flexibility regarding the schedule is expected.
Facility Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:00–15:00 or 15:00–18:00.
