About the Role
Monks is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of one of our tech clients within Germany. This role is part of the wider International Growth Marketing team, focusing on reaching and acquiring new customers at scale through best-in-class marketing programs.
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven marketing professional to support the new business generation, concentrating on localised content and campaigns. You will partner closely with the Growth Marketing Lead in EMEAL to ensure high-quality localisation of global programs and work with regional partners to build a library of local content for tailored international campaigns across various channels.

- Develops audience-first and market-led creative insights and best practices that inform campaign and creative development
About You
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years marketing experience at an agency or in-house/corporate
- Fluent in German and English
- German B2B or technology marketing experience
- Passion for SaaS solutions, software, tech or B2B internet products
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations simply and effectively
- Experience with demand generation programs and managing pipeline in coordination with Sales Development and Sales
- Proven ability to collaborate strongly, develop deep relationships with colleagues and influence functional teams to deliver on goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-based environment - successfully prioritise, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC, Dynamics, etc.), marketing automation, and paid media marketing
- Scrappy, ‘team player’ mentality, with a strong ability and interest in both thinking strategically and living in the details of execution
- Experience operating successfully and driving results in a globally matrixed organisation. The candidate will be required to influence local and global stakeholders.
