Your ImpactYou will work with the Global Ethics Allegations Management team within Ethics & Compliance and be responsible for intake and triage of matters, collaborating with subject matter experts and investigators to synthesize information and manage cases, and identify relevant insights required to build out our world-class programs.
You will be able to leverage firm resources and external vendors to ensure our program stays evergreen. You will also be responsible for data analytics, developing reporting capabilities, and visually presenting information for key audiences.
Throughout the lifecycle of an allegation, you will work directly with multiple stakeholders across the firm on questions or requests related to the Allegations Management program.
This will include helping to identify key legal, regulatory & compliance matters and ensuring these are identified and triaged through the relevant teams. You will also be responsible for ongoing tracking and helping to synthesize open issues, matter monitoring, reviewing, or testing against internal/external standards, which will drive overall data management in systems for documentation, consistency, hygiene, reporting, and analysis purposes.
You will research and document best practices for information sharing with the team, our collaborators, and other functions on the handling of data and operations. You will be instrumental in providing input into keeping our technologies and systems up to date.
You will serve as a key contributor to refining Allegations Management procedures, triage guidance, and related documentation (e.g., updating Operating Procedures, case referral lists, and triage documentation).
In addition, you may lead individual workstreams or projects for the broader Ethics team including special priorities or initiatives (e.g., codifying knowledge or processes, developing playbooks, people initiatives, policies, cross-functional collaborations etc.).

Your qualifications and skills- University degree; Master's or JD degree preferred
- 5+ years professional experience in legal, regulatory, compliance environments
- Experience within or working with allegations management and/or risk with 3+ years in issue triage or case / investigations management
- Direct experience in evaluating and resolving personal conflicts of interest preferred
- Strong Excel, tableau (or other data visualization technology), analytical and data management skills
- Experience with Case Management technologies including Salesforce, Navex, OneTrust, ServiceNow preferred
- Experience working in global, multi-disciplinary teams
- Leverage knowledge/expertise to generate insights on trends and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Exhibit highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials
- Identify gaps, and develop sound recommendations that are clearly articulated to stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, managing a variety of stakeholders across a broad range of seniority
- Agile and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Present an entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude, building rapport and trust-based relationships across their network
- Maintain an ownership mentality and takes the initiative to contribute to broader efforts or special projects
