Main DescriptionAs an intern in our network team, you will have the opportunity to work with SolarWinds Network Monitoring and AI technologies to proactively identify and resolve network disruptions. Additionally, you will help develop alerting mechanisms eg. via Microsoft Teams to ensure timely communication of network issues.
This internship is intended to start on
September 1 2025, for a duration of
3-6 months.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Explore AI tools and techniques to automatically detect and resolve network disruptions.
- Analyze network data to identify patterns and anomalies that may indicate potential issues.
- Develop scripts and algorithms that leverage AI to enhance network stability and performance.
- Leverage AI to offload basic tasks to identify and report findings in order to assist engineers in making decisions for remediation or improvements.
- Implement alerting systems using Microsoft Teams to ensure prompt notification of network events.
- Collaborate with the network team to integrate AI-driven solutions and alerting mechanisms into existing processes.
Document findings and prepare recommendations for further optimization.
Requirements- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Network Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques.\
- A good understanding of Azure Container Apps, Logic Apps, Function Apps, DEVOps, GIT, Python, Powershell, ARM, bicep
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in the latest developments in AI and network management.
