This is a fixed term position with a one-year contract located in Billund, Denmark.
No relocation support is offered.
Core Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, full proficiency in Power BI tool, including DAX is a requirement.
Identify business trends and provide insights for process improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Perform creation, maintenance, documentation, improvement & decommissioning of reports.
Drive reporting standardization and definitions alignment.
Assist with the design and implementation of data-driven strategies for business growth.
Training and daily support of users in BI reporting, governance and data-analysis
Stay updated on BI best practices, tools, and technologies.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be based in Billund and will be joining Service Experience team within Business Service Organization (BSO) covering Business Account Management, Service Management, Business Process Management, Insights Hub and Experience Hub teams.
In this role, you will need to define and facilitate delivery of reporting requirements as well as participate in projects requiring Business Intelligence knowledge.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or related role.
Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Proficiency with Databricks platform is a plus.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
