As a new member of the IMC AI Team you will collaborate to accelerate AI adoption and uncover transformative opportunities across our investment management business. This team will collaborate closely with investment professionals to identify and implement AI solutions-ranging from practical Copilot support for day-to-day efficiency, to advanced agentic tooling for deep research projects-enabling our teams to work smarter, innovate faster, and deliver even greater value to clients and stakeholders.
As an AI Engineer, you will translate innovative ideas into robust, production-ready AI solutions that address real-world business challenges within investment management. You are responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI tools, rapidly building prototypes, and scaling successful concepts to production. You will support the business with their Copilot and agent development, by empowering them with no code (prompting) and/or minor agent configuration. Keen to understand business requirements, you combine hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps with strong development skills. Moreover, you have either a strong foundation in data engineering or software development.

You also have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Around 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, including configuring automated build and release pipelines (CI/CD).
- Proven ability to develop intelligent applications using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Demonstrated experience deploying, monitoring, and managing AI models on Azure
- Expertise in building and optimizing data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Skilled in handling and processing unstructured data.
- Proficiency in Python and preferably SQL
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, code review processes, and documentation standards for maintainable and reliable code.
- Preferably experience building both backend and frontend applications using Python.
- Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Preferably affinity with investment management.
