Step in as a highly skilled and experienced Director of Employee Relations to lead our Global Employee Relations strategy and initiatives, manage complex casework, and ensure compliance with international labor laws.

Core Responsibilities
Manage complex cases and investigations globally, including any escalations related to employee concerns and performance issues.
Lead the employee relations community across multiple regions to drive capability, promote best practices and facilitate knowledge exchange among teams (informal leadership).
Partner with Legal and Corporate Compliance teams to ensure all investigations adhere to regulatory requirements.
Establish governance for all Employee Relations activities, excluding labor relations, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Administer tools and processes associated with investigations, including relevant technology solutions to streamline operations.
Conduct trend analyses and provide actionable recommendations to People Leaders and People Partners to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement and refine an Employee Relations tracking system to support data-driven decision-making and improve reporting capabilities.
Enhance stakeholder engagement and management across all Employee Relations activities. Collaborate with thought leaders inside and outside the LEGO Group, including opportunities for external research partnerships.

The Global People Partnering organization covers People Partnering (HR Business Partnering) as well as Employee Relations, Benefits, policies, and local execution. The Global Partnering organization is approximately 150 colleagues and is geographically spread.
Reporting to the Vice President of Global People Partnering, this global role will be instrumental in overseeing Employee Relations cases, driving capability development, and establishing governance for all Employee Relations activities. We have approximately 30 Employee Relations professionals.
Do you have what it takes?
Established and demonstrated global experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, with expertise in investigations, compliance, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Proficient knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive outcomes at all levels.
Experience in data analysis and utilizing metrics, adept at influencing executive decision-making through academically grounded, data-driven insights.
Proficiency in HR technology and case management systems.
