Temporary People & Culture Coordinator – 32 hours per week
To support our team during a busy period, we are looking for a temporary People & Culture Coordinator to join us from 1 September until the end of the year for 32 hours per week.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day people administration, ensuring employee data is maintained accurately and in line with local legislation. As part of the People & Culture Support team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and report to the Team Lead People & Culture Operations.
What will you do
Support with the administrative onboarding process for new employees, ensuring contracts, documentation, system updates, and onboarding tasks are completed.
Support the migration of employee records and personnel documentation as part of a HR systems transition.
Deliver day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team, helping to ensure smooth execution of People processes.
Respond to employee questions and requests, providing support on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and People systems.
Support the administration, data management, and ongoing optimization of the HR tool, HiBob.
What you will bring to the table
You have at least 1 year of experience in HR administration.
You have an Associate degree in preferably Human Resources.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented and you really enjoy adding value.
