For our office on Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam, we are looking for an all-round hospitable colleague for our meeting center team. Part of your daily work is to warmly welcome our guests and ensure they lack nothing. During lunches and dinners with clients, you bring that little extra. You are part of the Hospitality Team.
Furthermore, you will be involved in:
- Preparing and serving meeting lunches and for events.
- Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Proactively preparing and planning tasks in collaboration with your colleagues and other departments within our facility management team.
- Communicating with both internal and external clients to provide the best possible service.
- Taking on small projects to improve the guest experience or work environment.
- Proactively thinking in a client-oriented manner with the aim of surprising clients.
- Keeping track of inventory, placing orders, and reporting malfunctions and/or maintenance.
- Fulfilling guest requests with a professional and friendly attitude.
