As IT Engineer (IT Platforms) at Van Lanschot Kempen you are responsible for the daily management and security of approximately 800 (virtual) Windows servers. The team works according to the agile scrum (scrum at scale) methodology with Azure Devops. In addition, you are engaged in providing a reliable IT infrastructure by managing systems to ensure optimal performance, availability and ensuring security.
- Resolving technical issues and implementing changes on Windows servers that come in through the ticket system.
- Maintaining, managing and securing the Windows Server platforms using daily tasks and controls.
- Providing support to other IT departments.
- Willing to work on-call shifts and perform work outside the regular service window (from 6:00 pm to 7:30 am).
