If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place. Your ImpactBased in our Johannesburg office, you will be part of the Client Capability Network recruiting team focusing on the delivery of and strategy setting for the team as part of the wider Talent Attraction team across the EEMA region.
You will be responsible for the recruitment delivery for our Client Capability Network (CCN) Hub in Africa, as part of a wider Talent Attraction team in the EEMA region. You will be implementing strategies to achieve hiring needs, including the oversight of awareness building and attraction activities.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate regional processes end-to-end including application analysis, assessment and cultivation. You will drive improvement initiatives for CCN Hub recruiting efforts, with a keen focus on diversity and bringing exceptional talent to the community. This includes coordinating and managing cultivation and integration of experienced professional hires into the Firm.
You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the region to scope out hiring requirements and advise and align on best fit recruiting strategy (e.g. sourcing strategies, referrals, etc.), using your industry experience and market knowledge to define approach.
You'll use your keen eye for data management, navigating our systems, and ensuring regular and reliable reporting to leadership and recruiters within your team.
You'll build networks with recruiting peers across the region, and beyond. You will connect for knowledge building and best practice sharing, strengthening your global network and contributing to cross-team projects. You'll partner effectively with our recruiting support teams to ensure a streamlined interview experience.

Your qualifications and skills- 5+ years of recruiting experience in executive search, start-up, corporate recruiting, or professional services firm, ideally within a high-paced environment
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with demonstrated experience in collaborating with large cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across diverse locations
- Proven initiative and judgement, with a track record as a self-starter capable of working effectively under pressure and navigating ambiguity
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative team-building skills; adept at fostering strong relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues. Exhibits a positive attitude and openness to feedback
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for identifying issues and generating solutions; a drive and enthusiasm for continuously improving recruiting processes
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and balance multiple projects and work streams independently, while maintaining close attention to detail
- Highly mindful of external reputation; handles confidential information with the utmost discretion, respect, and care
- Adaptable to last-minute changes; able to remain composed under pressure; comfortable working with minimal direction. Willingness to travel, work outside standard office hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
