About this role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce coordinator to join Crystal Palace Football Club. Following the Club’s most successful period – winning the FA Cup and competing in Europe for the first time – we are continuing to elevate our online retail offering. This role will play a key part in delivering first-class customer experience, expanding our global reach and supporting ambitious growth targets. We are looking for a practive and hardworking individual who thirves under pressure and can meet tight deadlines. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the Clubs’ online Store (shop.cpfc.co.uk), while also planning and executing product campaigns designed to maximise sales and engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship with online store provider (RSS), ensuring that the site is functional, and improvements are made
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the ecommerce store including:
- Product insertion
- Managing the home page
- Ensuring listing accuracy and depth
- Driving ecommerce promotional advertising in-line with retail campaigns
- Monitoring sales performance alongside budget
- Monitoring customer orders and returns quickly and accurately using the fully integrated order processing and stock management IT system
- Managing sample product photoshoots and maintain product photography library
- Liaising with Marketing colleagues on product / campaign roadmap, ensuring product suite is maximised well in advance of key retail dates
- Inputting into best use of marketing budget spend – PPC, remarketing campaigns etc
- Delivering a strategy on how to grow ecommerce revenue working alongside our EPOS provider
- Working with licensed partners to ensure they work in-line with the clubs ecommerce strategy
- During peak periods/holiday cover you may be required to:
- Check orders and dispatch details and end of day checks
- Liaise with pickers
- Answer customer queries via email and telephone regarding order queries and product information
- Work in the warehouse when required
- Other duties as directed by your line manager

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- At least a year of e-commerce or online marketing experience
- A strong understanding of the customer journey and getting the customer to the right information
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Third level education in a relevant degree
- Detail orientated
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
- Highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
