Job description
Why we are here
Together, we can fight exploitation in cocoa. Full stop.
Tony’s is an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes an impact. And to drive that mission forward, our Product Delivery team plays a key role in making sure our projects run smoothly, and our product portfolio keeps growing.
We're managing a diverse range of projects, from product innovation (think: a brand-new bar flavor) and product renovation (like redesigning packaging) to product roll-outs and operational projects (such as ingredient supplier changeovers). We're also upgrading our tools (hello, ClickUp and SharePoint) and moving from Excel to BI for our product catalogue. And that's where you come in.
We're looking for a Product Project Management Intern to join our Product Delivery team in Amsterdam. If you're excited about running cross-functional projects in FMCG, getting hands-on with PM tools, and turning messy spreadsheets into smart dashboards, this is your backstage pass.
Here's what you'll learn:
- Project management. Learn how cross-functional projects are managed within an FMCG company, from kick-off to launch on shelf. You'll be involved in product innovation projects (e.g. developing new bar flavors), product renovation projects (e.g. changing a product's packaging or design), product roll-outs, and operational projects (e.g. ingredient supplier changeover). You'll support running these projects and even execute smaller ones yourself.
- PMO (process & PM admin). Understand how a project management tool can support project management and governance. Get hands-on with ClickUp (Tony’s project management tool) and SharePoint to build and optimize templates, dashboards, and processes.
- Portfolio management. Maintain and understand Tony's product portfolio and explore how to improve it through automation with BI tools.
Here's what you'll do:
You'll be working on real projects with real impact from day one. Here's what's on the table:
- Project Management Tool: Improve ClickUp for product and ops project templates and build dashboards for governance, making project tracking smoother for the whole team.
- Product Catalogue Management: Maintain and improve the global product overview and create a proposal to fully transition from Excel to BI, because spreadsheets have their limits.
- Project Management Support: Support project teams on running projects, execute small projects independently, and help roll out Project Management training globally.
- Product Homepage & Product Academy: Build the Product team's SharePoint homepage and help shape the Product Academy. The homepage is still a work in progress, so you'll own it end to end.

- Experience with project management and/or project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello) from a previous internship or job is a plus.

- Our office in Amsterdam Houthavens is a truly sweet workspace: you'll enjoy a fresh and tasty lunch, and plenty of snacks. We know how to work hard, but we also know how to have fun. And of course, you get to take home as much chocolate as you can carry.
Sounds like you?

The things that excite you, the way you think, and a glimpse of your personality help us understand who you are far better than a perfectly crafted AI answer.
