Marketing Team
Weβre looking for a confident, hands-on Paid Social specialist who can step in quickly, take ownership from day one, and operate independently with minimal oversight.
You boast significant Paid Social experience and have managed complex accounts either in-house, or in an agency environment.
What you'll be doing
Take ownership of day-to-day Paid Social channel activities to deliver effective performance.
Manage and optimise budgets across campaigns focussed on efficiency and delivery against KPI and key results.
Execute integrated full-funnel campaigns across awareness, prospecting and retargeting.
Actively collaborate with data on existing and evolving KPI and metric frameworks.
Brief and iterate creative with internal creative partners based on performance and audience insights.
Support the setup and execution of incrementality or lift testing in partnership with data team.
Identify cross-channel opportunities and share insights on audience and creative.
Confidently forecast channel level performance to support planning and budget management.
Partner with the influencer team to activate and include influencer content in paid social campaigns.
Report to stakeholders, translating performance into business outcomes.
Who You Are
You have proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) performance channels, owning budgets, strategies and results. You combine commercial acumen with the ability to deliver results at pace.
You work confidently with cross-functional teams including data, product, agencies and platform partners, ensuring alignment with our growth priorities.
Youβre passionate about performance and paid social, and operate at the forefront of channel and industry innovation and best practice.
Having full responsibility for channel outcomes, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly and youβll be comfortable making decisions in ambiguity.
Experience in regulated industries, in particular Financial Services is an advantage, as is a proven ability to navigate complex compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring
Hands-on Execution - Strong operational experience running Paid Social campaigns end-to-end. Comfortable owning campaign setup, pacing, optimisation, and troubleshooting across platforms. Happy to stay close to the detail while keeping an eye on overall performance.
Analytical Skills - Uses data to tell compelling stories and inform decisions. Conducts deep dives into campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Proficient in data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, GA) to monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Comfortable working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Forecasting and Planning - Develops short-medium term channel forecasts and budget plans aligned with business objectives and commercial cycles using historic data. Able to optimise spend allocation across campaigns, and track progress against forecasts.
Strategic input: Understands how Paid Social contributes across awareness, consideration and conversion, particularly in a mid-funnel role. Evaluates performance beyond pure CPA, with awareness of incrementality and cross-channel impact.
Technical Background - Demonstrates a solid technical understanding of paid social ecosystems including tracking, data, and audience issues, UTM structure. Can work effectively with engineering, analytics, or third-party partners to troubleshoot complex issues.
Tactics & Optimisation - Builds and executes structured creative and audience testing roadmaps. Identifies scalable tactics to drive efficiency and growth across Facebook and Instagram. Optimises campaigns continuously to achieve performance targets, balancing short-term wins with long-term learning agendas. Comfortable to experiment within the existing framework
