Core Responsibilities

The student worker will play a supportive role within the Workplace Project Office (WPO) team. Our team is a global function anchored in Billund including colleagues in APAC and AMS region. We are responsible for delivering the global project portfolio of workplace projects that creates and builds fantastic office
experience for colleagues around the world to enjoy every day. We have strong touchpoints and influence on the future workplace within The LEGO Group. This role will mainly be around data analytics and foundation of how we manage data and bring it into play for decision making. Data is mainly gathering around the projects following the design of reports and functionalities.
You will have daily engagement with the Program Lead and the core team appointed to theInnovation Campus project. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow within project management, supporting our processes, standards, and procedures. Be ready to contribute your ideas and learn from mistakes as we grow together as a team.
Key tasks that your workday could include:
- Provide support in planning and coordinating tasks related to the Innovation Campus project.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Help organize events.
- Support collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize documentation and project management platforms like Dalux.
- Assist in environment management tasks such as security and governance.

Further, it is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
More specifically we are looking for capabilities in areas of:
- Experience in administrative tasks.
- Experience in project management
- Experience in event planning.
- Confident presentation techniques.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, OneNote, and potentially MS Project.
- Knowledge of documentation platforms like Dalux.
- Advanced IT skills within applications of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English skills in both verbal and written.
- Basic economic understanding – not a hard requirement.
