That is what you will use your talents for as Manager Compliance at Van Lanschot Kempen. In this pivotal role, you'll head one of the three Compliance teams, ensuring effective management of core compliance processes, strategic planning, and change projects, while driving continuous improvement within the department and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. In addition you will have the following tasks:
- Facilitate and execute strategic planning, long-term maturity roadmaps, and support change initiatives, also in the area of AI.
- Oversee internal compliance processes, policies, and provide clarity to stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance the Compliance Training & Awareness program for all employees, as well as professional education for compliance officers
- Coordinate interactions with supervisory authorities, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversee conduct and employee integrity processes, including the Code of Conduct, ancillary functions, and gifts & entertainment policies; implement behavioural risk management methodologies
Please note: the division of compliance responsibilities within the team is currently under review. This may lead to further evolution of tasks in the coming period.

You motivate your team, simplify complex matters, balance business drivers with prudent compliance, and build relationships across business units and senior stakeholders. You also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree and/or compliance certification (e.g. CCEP, CRCM) preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, project management or a related field.
- Demonstrable managerial experience, preferably gained in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
- Good mastery of English, both written and spoken.
