We’relooking for a Retail Inventory (Allocation & Replenishment) Planning Manager to take ownership of inventory deployment across our retail store network, ensuring exceptional product availability whilemaintaininghealthy inventory levels. This is a high-impact role whereyou’llcombine strategic policy ownership with hands-on execution,driving allocation and replenishment performance, resolving complex exceptions, and continuously improving processes to maximise store availability and efficiency.

Deliver against key retail inventory KPIs -Accountable for Store In-Stock %, Stock-out rate, Weeks of Supply, Excess inventory, Allocation accuracy and timeliness, and Exception resolution performance.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Retail and Supply Chain -Partner with Retail Leads, Distribution Managers, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure inventory decisions support commercial priorities and product launches.
Own the weekly allocation and replenishment cycle -Ensure smooth execution across steady campaigns, seasonal peaks, and high-demand launches, resolving issues quickly when plans shift.
Drive continuous improvement and inventory efficiency -Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to optimise stock levels, improve allocation effectiveness, and strengthen policy governance as part of a broader regional and global scale-up.
Do you have what it takes
Experience with Automated Planning Systems (e.g., O9 or equivalent) - Hands-on experience with advanced allocation or supply planning systems, comfortable owning system logic and reducing manual intervention.
Ability to define and evolve inventory policies, leading decisions on thresholds, prioritisation, and exceptions.
Experienced in influencing Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and senior leadership to align inventory decisions with commercial priorities.
Experienceoperatingacross global retail networks, managing weekly cycles, launches, seasonal peaks, and responding effectively when plans change.
