We develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to prevent financial crime, such as money laundering, terrorism financing, corruption, sanctions, tax integrity, and market abuse. The team is closely connected with all levels of the organization, works closely with stakeholders, and participates in various risk committees.
For our Financial Crime Team, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer with at least 5 - 10 years of work experience in Market Abuse Monitoring and Personal Account Dealing.
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer with expertise in Market Abuse Monitoring and Personal Account Dealing. In this role, you are the primary point of contact for stakeholders in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines, adopting a proactive approach to compliance. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are results-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality.
You are responsible for:
- Compliance strategies related to Market Abuse risks;
- Strategic projects to implement new Market Abuse surveillance technology;
- Policies and guidelines for an effective assessment of Market Abuse alerts and Personal Account Dealing (PAD) requests, as well as timely follow-up on relevant actions;
- Providing education and training for employees in the area of Market Abuse and Personal Account Dealing;
- The overall risk control framework in the area of Market Abuse and Personal Account Dealing;
- Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues throughout the organization in the area of Market Abuse and Personal Account Dealing.
