We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager Corporate Actions & Tax to strengthen our team. Companies and markets are constantly changing, acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, dividend payments and many more things. Within our team we are responsible for processing all corporate actions that affect our clients' portfolios and get to work immediately as soon as these corporate actions are announced.
We make sure that we fully inform our clients. As soon as the corporate action is implemented, the client's portfolio is up to date again. We are the executive department for both the clients of the private bank, as well as the institutional clients and investment funds.

As Manager Corporate Actions & Tax you manage a team of 14 colleagues and together with your team you are responsible for coordinating, processing and managing all corporate action activities within the entire organization.
This includes processing dividend payments, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions and other relevant events that affect clients' securities portfolios.
The role requires a thorough understanding of financial markets and associated regulations, for example in the area of QI legislation/ reclaim and or Relief at source markets.
You are a solid and inspiring manager who ensures a good working atmosphere, in which continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and the ambition and drive of Van Lanschot Kempen are supported by the employees. In addition:
- Leading and developing a team of specialists in the field of Corporate Actions & Tax;
- You are innovative and contribute to improving processes;
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize service delivery, including by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators;
- Closely involved in new projects that affect the Corporate Actions & Tax domain;
- The first point of contact for internal stakeholders for questions and escalations;
- The first point of contact for the external service provider(s) and responsible for the relationship. Important parts of this are:
- Participate in frequent service calls, service reviews and any site visits to (external) service providers
- Monitoring key performance indicators;
- Monitoring and maintaining the service level agreements.
